Our firm was founded in Dallas, Texas in 1981, and has been in operation in the Dallas area since that time. Over the years we have served many different clients in a variety of industries. Our focus has always been on closely held businesses and individual tax clients. One of our strengths is that the size of our firm allows for a partner to be very familiar with and oversee the work on each client’s account. We are constantly striving to help our clients become more successful and profitable, while minimizing their tax burden, by gaining an intimate knowledge of each client’s business and financial affairs.
With the addition of our financial planning arm, Clark, Waters & Hardy LLC, we are also able to provide a full range of financial planning services and corporate benefits for our clients.
